Terms and Conditions on Gift Certificates

• Should you need to cancel an individual, group or spa packages appointment kindly provide 48 hours notice of cancellation.
• Insufficient notice will result in 100% of your service fees due.
• Please have gift certificate number available at time of booking.
• This gift certificate is valid at the issuing studio location only Merle Norman & InSPArations Day Spa is individually owned and operated.
• The owner of this studio is soley responsible for all services offered at this studio.
• Due to spa menu updates we ask that all gift certificates be redeemed within six months of issue.
• Beyond that time frame gift cards will revert to the dollar value paid and never expire.
• Gift Certificates are transferable for other products or services but are non-refundable.
