Reservations

Reservations are recommended in advance and secured with your credit card information or gift certificate.

Promptness

If you are a new guest, please fill out the text or email form that will be sent to you at the time of booking. Late arrival or unfinished online forms could deprive you of precious minutes as your service must still end as scheduled to ensure our next guest is not delayed.

Attire

You will be provided with spa wraps, single use undergarments, and a robe as required. You will be carefully draped by the therapists during services. You may wear your bathing suit during body treatments if desired.

Group Gratuities

For your convenience a 15% gratuity will be added to all services of two or more persons.

Cell Phones

In consideration of all, we ask that all cell phones be turned off please.

Children

For safety reasons, and to ensure the relaxation of our guests, we do not offer treatments for persons accompanied by a child or children with the exception of children booked for piercing and or services

Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Interac and Cash. We DO NOT take credit card payments over the phone, we do however accept etransfers to gpmerlenorman@telus.net

May I change my appointment?

All treatments you select are reserved especially for you. All cancellations and/or changes require a 48-hour notice. Guests who do not honour their appointments will be charged as follows:

Less than 48 hours notice may result in 100% of the services booked
Less than 24hrs notice or failure to show: 100% of services booked
Charges will be applied to the credit card used to secure your appointment, against any outstanding gift certificates or onto your account. Balances must be cleared prior to re-booking.

Donation Requests

At the Grande Prairie Merle Norman & InSPArations Day Spa, we love supporting our community. If you are looking for a donation basket or gift certificate, please email a formal letter explaining the foundation and event outline at gpmerlenorman@telus.net.

We review all submissions on the 20th of each month to decide whom we wish to sponsor or donate to. We especially love to support women, children and animals. If you are selected, we will contact you either by phone or email by the end of the month. Please have your submissions in at least 1 month before the event date to allow adequate time to prepare donations.

Past Donations

We have historically donated to foundations that support women, children and animals such as the The Odyssey House, the Children’s Stollery Foundation and Bandaged Paws Animal Rescue society. We are also proud supporters of the Grande Prairie Dream Home Lottery sponsoring the master bathroom display year after year. Be sure to check it out!
