I booked a last minute lash lift & tint with Sara ONE day before flying out to the Dominican. It was my first lash lift since I’ve only heard bad things (lift not lasting long) so I always got extensions instead.. well, I am beyond happy with the results!! They’ve lasted over a week in the Dominican humidity, swimming in the pools & ocean, and all the plane & airport naps too🥹 100% recommend and will be going again for any holiday/occasion for sure!!

Manicures and pedicures was a great experience! I went with the bride and bridesmaid, prepaid before appointment and left with smiling faces. The girls treated us like queens with a relaxing time and even beverages on the side. Space was clean, the experience was way better then expected. Just one con to add- if the process was slowed down it would've been best. Other then that, I was pleased with our stay. Keep it up girls! We even got well wishes at the door when we left

I am not sure if the wax was not cooled enough or left on for too long, but she is now on antibiotics after receiving second degree burns on her skin…her eyebrows are super inflamed and infected.. resulting in swollen eyelids a few days later…

My inlaws got me a gift card for a pamper day and these girls sure made it an amazing day. Paige with a massage and Melanie for a facial, they are great at their jobs and very informative. A beautiful modern, CLEAN spa. Will definitely be returning and recommending!

I absolutely love Merle Norman in Grande Prairie. Paige is my go to for everything, but especially my brows and all of our visits! They are perfect everytime. She also just did a relaxation Hot Stone Massage and I don’t even remember because I fell asleep it was so amazing!

I love coming to Merle Norman! In my opinion it is one of Grande Prairie's best spas. Their staff is all so friendly, their spa is clean, organized, and updated. My personal favourite service is the Let Her Glow Facial or a Pedicure with Paige! She is so talented and passionate about what she does and she really cares about her job and the spa and it shows. Thank you for another great experience.

If you’ve always wanted a facial but keep finding reasons not to book - do it! I was in need of some TLC and I’m so happy I decided to book a facial with Melanie. Never realized how bad I was at relaxing, but everything from Melanie’s kindness, to the music, to the heated blanket, instantly helped me shed the tension in my shoulders. The owner Tianna is also so caring and professional, and I’m so happy to have their help as I finally learn to take care of myself.

A wonderful friend treated me to a spa day. I had a 90 minute “ LET HER GLOW FACIAL” as well as a “ PEDICURE SUPREME”. I absolutely loved this spa. I was able to shut my brain off, and feel completely relaxed. The staff were kind, knowledgeable and very skilled. My skin was glowing after the facial. You can tell they really enjoy not only their job but working at this establishment. It’s very obvious that cleanliness is at the top of their priorities! Would definitely recommend Merle Norman Insparations Day Spa!

The ladies at Merle Norman were amazing with my 8 year old daughter getting her ears pierced. They were gentle and informative and talked her through the steps and also gave her a choice to have both ears done at the same time. I would highly recommend 💗

I’ve never had a bad experience at Merle Norman. Are usually get my eyebrows waxed here but I just got a pedicure and it was so relaxing and my toes look great.
